How to prevent your self from getting sick

Every one knows winter is not a season to wear good looking clothing like singlets and shorts, these type of clothing  are not to be worn in winter because of the cold temperature or bad weather. These temperature can attack you .  .In winter many people fall ill , one factor is because of the weather or cold temperatures . In this season many viruses and illness .When I think of winter I think of what can attack me and make me sick , that why my mum is already ready.

Hygiene, is one of the ways you can keep safe during winter . Hygiene is simply just washing hands ,I know doesn't seem like much but it really helps it helps in many way . Washing your hands can fight of the germs and stop it from getting to you or inside you .Germs going around that's why you need to wash you hand .Keeping hands clean is hand hygiene is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid from  getting sick and spreading germs to others.

Healthy diet and Tissues and hand sanitisers , These a concept is part of how to prevent yourself from getting sick . Foods like fruits veggies, this can fight the illness and keep flu from getting to you . Some fruit can fight cold especially lemons , oranges and kiwifruit .It high on vitamin C and also has  sitorus that heals colds ,flu and even sore throats . Tissues and hand sanitisers, at Pt England School they provide tissues and hand sanitisers , but still have germs going around the school . In school there is a lot of hygiene happening but there needs to be more .

Flu Shot .One concept is simply the flu shot , I know it hurt but is does good you and your body.Flu season can begin as early as October and last as late as May. It’s best to get the flu shot  as soon as it becomes available. Some people should make sure it’s ok  to take the vaccine. Ask your doctor first if you  had an allergic to the  flu shot in the past.

These are things that will help you get through the winter season .If you do all of these thing you will stay healthy and well .

Need vs Want

To help us understand the difference between need and wants we looked at shopping for our family. I worked with Paula to complete a list . At first a budget was not stated.  The only guidelines were having enough groceries to cater for 5 meals, include fruit and sanitary products.   After we completed the list we received a budget and had to think which items were necessary and which weren't summary.

Our original list cost us $122  After receiving our budget we had to $160 .Our left over budget $38 . We decided to treat our family .
